An evergreen wiht a dense, rounded crown. All parts exude a milky latex. The bark is smooth and light grey. The leaves are copper-coloured when young, becoming pale green when mature with wavy margins and irregularly toothed. Round figs (25-40mm in diameter) are borne in large clusters on long, branched stalks.
