Dombeya burgessiae

DESCRIPTION

A large bushy shrub or small tree which is semi-deciduous and bears large, soft, heart-shaped leaves and pendulous bunches of white to pale pink flowers with a distinctive red heart. The fruit is a small velvety capsule with tawny hairs.

LANDSCAPING USES
Can be used as a focal plant in a small garden. Also suitable for containers or an informal shrub border.
