Sansevieria hyacinthoides

DESCRIPTION

This attractive succulent groundcover has mottled, leathery, tongue-shaped leaves with a sharp tip.  It bears long flower stalks that carry masses of tiny, cream-coloured flowers which are sweetly-scented.  The fruit is a bright orange berry that is favoured by birds.  The flowers are pollinated by moths.
